Updated to new VC 2005 compiler.
Version 0.4 (Oct 2006)
You can now have keywords that are not assigned to any key. These appear as "Unassigned" in the Key List. The New Key and Edit Key dialogs have an unassigned checkbox. When you add a new key that is already assigned to the key combination, the original item is unassigned (instead of deleting it as before). You can have as many unassigned keywords as you like.
You can now right click on the photo and pick your keywords from a menu.
A new dialog called "Duplicates" appears when the JPEG XMP and IPTC Header metadata differ so you can pick which title, description or keywords to use.
You can resize the Key List dialog.
The Key List dialog starts thinner and taller and to the right of the photo. The initial position is a little different depending on whether the main window is tall or wide.
The Key List top item and column widths are remembered so they appear the same next time you bring up the Key List (until you quit Keypict).
You can double click in the Key List dialog to add a keyword to the photo.
You can operate on items in the Key List by right clicking and using the menu.
Moved the keywords on the bottom line so you can see all of the character decenders.

Added "Launch Keypict" checkbox to installer.
Updated the help file with these new changes.

You can upload your photos to flickr and the title, description and keywords are automatically used.
Keypict reads and writes IPTC Headers (as well as XMP) for JPEGs to interoperate with flickr and others.
Renamed Key Assignments List to Key List and changed shortcut from Ctrl+A to Ctrl+K to match.
Key List dialog position is remembered and used next time.
Updated help file with new features and new screen shot.
Removed metadata padding in JPEG files so resulting JPEG files are a little smaller.
You can navigate with the mouse wheel.
Version 0.2 (Aug 2006)
You can edit and type keywords in a simple dialog without assigning keys.
You can copy and paste keywords between pictures and to/from other programs.
You can sort the key assignments by clicking on the column headers, first ascending then descending.
You can change the shift state from the key assignment dialog by clicking on the shift state checkboxes.
There is a new small uninstaller so the installer does not need to be installed, saving about 1.2 MB of disk space.
When uninstalling, the Keypict desktop and menu shortcuts are removed if they exist.
Priority is given to alt-key combinations that are assigned over the same menu mnemonics.
The help file is updated with new improvements and fixed spelling.
